5 Top Family Travel Blogs to Follow in 2018
One of my favourite ways to find inspiration for that next travel adventure is by following my fellow family travellers. There are a lot of really good family travel blogs around and one of the things I’ve enjoyed about being back in the UK is getting to know some of the personalities behind the blog in real life. If you’re looking to travel more in 2018 – either from the comfort of your living room or at 35,000ft, here are five top family travel blogs to follow.
1. Otis and Us
Katy is a mom to three children and has a real passion for travelling. Together with Mr S, they have spent the last three and a half years converting their beloved campervan with a dream to explore and enjoy the simple things in life. Over the last year Otis and Us have travelled around the UK, including a stop in Scotland, Isles of Scily and Pembrokeshire.
Through Otis and Us, Katy shares family days out, holidays, travel tips, reviews and outdoor fun, with an ultimate aim to inspire others to travel, to explore, and to embrace the belief that life is one big adventure. What will 2018 bring for Otis and Us? Expect more road trips, camping and glamping, and also travel and adventures further afield.

5. Dais Like These Family Travel Blog
After travelling as a couple, Daisy and her husband embarked on their first official family travel adventure when their eldest child was just three months old, and they haven’t looked back! Nearly 10 years after that first trip, and with a few more additions to the Dais Like These family along the way, they still love nothing more than packing up and heading off on a new adventure; from local days out in London and Surrey, to exciting trips further afield such as New York City and Long Island.
Daisy is passionate about promoting family travel and through Dais Like These Family Travel Blog she aims to inspire other families to try new destinations with their kids.
2018 is set to be be an amazing year for Daisy and her family, as they plan to head to Ile de Porquerolles in France (an island they fell in love with last year) for a whole month, with their kids attending the local school while they are there. Not only will they be exploring the beautiful island itself, they will spend their weekends discovering the stunning Côte d’Azur and all it has to offer for families.
